• Identifiers — account user ID and device ID, used to send notifications
• User content — photos and business data you save in the system
• Diagnostics — app performance and crash data, used to improve the service

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the application
• Authenticate and protect your account
• Send notifications related to your usage
• Improve the service and fix issues
• We do not use your data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to third parties

Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information only in these cases:

• When required by law or by a competent authority
• To service providers that help operate the system (e.g., cloud and notifications) under confidentiality agreements
• Each shop's data is accessible only to the owner of that account

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If the account expires and is not renewed for more than 180 days, your data is automatically deleted.

Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may:

• Access and edit your data at any time within the application
• Delete your account and cancel membership yourself, via the account info menu by selecting “Delete account and cancel membership”. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Data Security

We apply appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Children

This application is designed for business use, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, along with the last updated date.
